Happiness

In Anna Riva's words:

Happiness comes from within, not from without, and material possessions do not bring a contented and harmonious life. The heart that is heavy with bitterness or spite will never be one of joy and delight. As an aid to the proper attitude, repeat Psalm 65 each morning upon arising and each evening upon retiring.
